How can I get organized with my daily to-do for these?

Not sure what category this goes in so if any suggestions for future…

I have 3 big projects I am working on, each with a deadline right around the corner. Due to so many things they involve, I am stressed and as much as I try at the end of the day I feel like I get hardly anything done! I am staying home to work (more…)

i hold my breath for i dont even know how long. im just starting to realize i do this. i have a high stress level i am overweight, and i have some mental health issues, im bipolar. i havent talked to a doctor about this. why do i hold my breath? its like i dont think to do it. how can i help this???
